to arrange for a cleaning?

Our courteous office staff will ask you a few questions designed to give us a image of your cleaning needs. We will ask you how many areas of carpet or what other services you are interested in. We will then give you a accurate quote from what you have described. Here's some questions we may ask.

Age of the carpet or upholstery
How long it has been since the last time cleaned.
Do you have spots, stains or heavily soiled areas or pet damage

Ask as many questions you like, we want you comfortable with our service. Once you have decided what schedule and time you want we will set your appointment. ITS THAT EASY.

Pre-Cleaning Tips

Very little needs to be done before we arrive. We do ask that you remove any plants or breakables resting on furniture that we will move. We will handle the rest.

Post-Cleaning Tips

While our truck-mounted vacuum system removes most of the moisture we do ask to expedite drying time, you use ceilings fans or open doors and windows.
Furniture that has been moved for cleaning may have been placed on protective blocks. Please leave them for 24 hours.
You may walk on your carpet immediately after cleaning, we recommend clean non-slip rubber sole shoes or socks- anything else can re-soil the carpet.
Be especially careful when walking from damp carpet to hard surface to avoid slip and fall accidents.
